Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - The tragic death of a woman who was shot outside the Confederation of Mexican Workers (CTM) in Puerto Vallarta has been confirmed. It has been revealed that the victim was Irma Fregoso, the sister of Magaly Fregoso, a former candidate for federal deputy for the Green Party in this city.
