USA Offers to Help Mexico in Missing Student Investigation

President Barack Obama says the U.S. has offered to help Mexico figure out what happened to 43 college students who've been missing since September.

But he stops short of saying the U.S. will reconsider aid to Mexico based on human rights.

When asked about aid by the Spanish-language television network Telemundo in an interview Tuesday, Obama said what's more important is helping Mexico strengthen its criminal justice system.
