Marc Galipeau is a Quebec painter born on September 17, 1967 in the Monteregie region. Fascinated by the possibility to transpose life onto paper, he starts expressing himself artistically at a young age trying to emulate his older brother who was already mastering drawing as a child.  He studied to be a special education teacher, a profession he would practice until the age of 28, when he would finally make the jump to the uncertain world of professional art.
