Puerto Vallarta earthquake and tsunami system fails test due to theft

Testing of the earthquake and tsunami warning network in Puerto Vallarta has failed once again, due to the constant theft of infrastructure.

This week's earthquake and tsunami drills exposed the problem, according to Luis Arturo García Pulido, regional commander of Civil Protection of the State of Jalisco.
