Realizaron con éxito auditorías Blue Flag

La Marina Riviera Nayarit por ser la primera Blue Flag en México está marcando la pauta con las propuestas que adecúen los criterios del galardón Blue Flag en su adaptación de certificado para playa a certificado para marinas.

Los días 9 y 10 de noviembre de 2015, se llevaron a cabo las auditorías Blue Flag en la Playa de Nuevo Vallarta Norte y en la Marina Riviera Nayarit, cuyos resultados fueron positivos y sin pormenores.

El personal de la Coordinación Nacional Blue Flag México inspeccionó y verificó que se cumplan todos los criterios de este certificado internacional. En servicios se revisaron estacionamiento, instalaciones, módulos de información, baños, señalética y accesibilidad para personas con capacidades diferentes, entre otros.

También se realizaron simulacros en tiempo real de ahogamiento, ejecución de técnicas de salvamento y primeros auxilios, simulación de paramédicos y para discapacitados, teniendo como resultado garantía de seguridad.

Se analizaron los residuos en la playa sin encontrar nada negativo. También se estudiaron aspectos como la calidad del agua y la gestión y educación ambiental sin contratiempos.

El mismo procedimiento que se hizo en Nuevo Vallarta sucedió en la Marina Riviera Nayarit, sobre esta última destaca que por ser la primera en su tipo, está marcando la pauta en la reglamentación para futuras marinas Blue Flag en México.

“Seguimos marcando el camino para más marinas, hicimos y  haremos más propuestas para que el distintivo Blue Flag en marinas en México funcione mejor, hay muchos papeleos que adecuar de la playa a la marina”, puntualizó el harbor master de la Marina Riviera Nayarit, Rafael Alcántara.

La auditoría fue atendida por personal de las autoridades estatales de Nayarit tales como la Secretaría del Medio Ambiente (Semanay), Secretaría de Turismo (Sectur), la Secretaría de Salud, Protección Civil y el Fideicomiso de Bahía de Banderas (FIBBA).
