The current focus of the rehabilitation is on the section between Los Tules Avenue and the Luis Donaldo Colosio bypass, located in the Día Ordaz neighborhood. Additionally, work is progressing on the lateral road from the Luis Donaldo Colosio bypass to Brasilia Street, adjacent to the Agustín Flores Contreras Sports Unit. This area, situated in the Lázaro Cárdenas neighborhood, borders the 5 de Diciembre neighborhood and is in close proximity to the city center.
The rehabilitation project, which began earlier this year, is following an estimated schedule of 150 days. Siop has assured that the timeline remains on track, with completion anticipated by late September or early October.
