Traffic Chaos After Massive Beam Falls from Tractor-Trailer at Entrance to Puerto Vallarta

PUERTO VALLARTA—A 50-ton concrete beam fell from a tractor-trailer this morning just as it approached the 41st Military Zone in Puerto Vallarta. Officials on the scene have begun work to demolish the damaged beam, a process that is expected to take between three and five hours.
