In light of the unfortunate events of today in the State of Jalisco, and other states in the country, where the fight against organized crime and protests turned violent, the resort town of Puerto Vallarta has added precautionary measures suggested by the Attorney General of Jalisco and the Secretariat of National Defense.

Puerto Vallarta is a Beautiful City and as in many other places, unfortunate events always occur. I am a local and I can say that the city has changed a bit because of government poor management last 5 years BUT moreover, it is still a Beautiful, Safe and Quiet City.
What is true is that the city should maintain caution and vigilance so these problematic groups from other states don’t destabilize the city passing through here.
