Dollar price starts week on the rise at 20.39 pesos wholesale; peso depreciates

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - The Mexican peso started the day trading at approximately 20.39 pesos per US dollar in international markets, marking a depreciation of 0.5% or 10 cents compared to the previous day, according to data from Bloomberg.

During the overnight session, the exchange rate displayed increased volatility, with the peso following the broader trend of emerging market currencies losing ground against the US dollar.
