At least three people have been killed and another three are missing after tropical depression hit Mexico's northwestern state of Sinaloa on September 20, 2018. The storm dropped heavy rains and caused major flash flooding in the city of Culiacán, Sinaloa, killing three people and leaving another three missing, officials confirmed September 21. One person drowned and two were killed by electrocution.
