Are you sharing your username and password with another person?

Shared accounts are against our policy and contract, which every subscriber agrees to when creating an account. Our system may prevent you from reading full articles if your account is being accessed by more than 4 devices. Most people will access on a phone, a home computer, a work computer, and a tablet. That is four devices and very liberal compared to other subscription services where two devices is the standard. Anything above 4 devices will be flagged as a shared account.

App Help

If you are having trouble with the PVDN App (not the website), please follow these steps first:

1. Uninstall the PVDN App from your phone completely.
2. Open the Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your device.
3. Search for “PVDN” and reinstall the app from there.

If you still experience the same issue after a fresh reinstall, it usually means that something about your device, operating system version, settings, or other installed apps is incompatible with our app.

Both Google (Android) and Apple (iOS) perform their own reviews and testing before any app is approved for their stores. Our app has passed those reviews. However, there are thousands of phone models and countless configuration possibilities, and no app can work perfectly on every single device.

We know that it is frustrating if you are one of the people affected. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide one-on-one technical support for individual device configurations, and we cannot guarantee that the PVDN App will work on every phone.

Your subscription only guarantees access to content through a web browser at www.vallartadaily.com, as explained in our subscription terms, which you are asked to review before subscribing. Web browsers remain the primary and supported way to read PVDN. If the app does not work on your device, you can always log in and read everything through the website on any computer, tablet, or phone using a web browser.

You may not, in any area of the website or app (including but not limited to comments, replies, profiles, usernames, direct or private messages, contact forms, and support tickets), post, transmit, or engage in any content or behavior that, in our sole discretion, is:

• Abusive, harassing, bullying, stalking, or intimidating.
• Threatening, including threats of violence, harm, or other adverse action.
• Hate speech or discriminatory, including slurs or demeaning language targeting any protected characteristic (such as race, ethnicity, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or age).
• Sexually explicit, degrading, or directed at any person without their consent.
• Profane, demeaning, or otherwise offensive when directed at or about any individual or group, including other members, subscribers, or staff.
• Intended to encourage others to harass, threaten, or abuse any person.
• Otherwise malicious, harmful, or inconsistent with a safe and respectful environment on our platform.

This prohibition applies to conduct directed toward any person connected with Vallarta Daily News, including other users, readers, subscribers, contributors, moderators, contractors, and staff.

Any violation of our Abusive Policy will result in immediate account suspension without refund.
