Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – At least nine flights—three international and six domestic—were delayed at the Puerto Vallarta International Airport today. Airport officials are attributing the disruptions primarily to nationwide technical issues within the National Institute of Migration (INM), which have hampered immigration processes across Mexico.
