Heavy Rains Prompt Puerto Vallarta Authorities to Issue Advisories

Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco – Due to recent meteorological disturbances and the potential for heavy rains along the Pacific coast, Civil Protection authorities in Puerto Vallarta, under the leadership of Mayor Luis Munguía, are urging the public to adhere strictly to preventive measures to safeguard lives and property. The Municipal Civil Protection Council, which includes representatives from all three levels of government, convened to assess and monitor a disturbance off the Pacific coast. While this system currently poses no immediate cyclonic threat, it may bring significant rain and storms to certain areas in Puerto Vallarta and surrounding regions.
