Puerto Vallarta Firefighters receive new equipment

A total of $8 million pesos of new firefighter's equipment was delivered to Puerto Vallarta this morning during a ceremony lead by Mayor Arturo Dávalos Peña at the municipal sports center, Agustín Flores Contreras.

Funding for the equipment was 80% of from the city and 20% federal funds, according to the mayor in an interview with the media.

On Monday, the municipal government delivered the special firefighting equipment to UMPC and Firefighters, including 3 trucks with 1,500 liter capacity.
