Luis Jesús Escoto Martínez, the director of the Vallartense Institute of Culture (IVC), has announced a lineup of events designed to cater to both locals and visitors. These events include the eighth edition of the Reading Fair, the Madonnari International Festival, El Carnaval, and the “Dama Juana” Raicilla Festival.
