Don’t know it but would try it. My fav Mexican beer is still Pacifico which is pretty expensive in Connecticut, compared to PV. But we found it as a draft in a nearby TexMex place.
You can find it in some smaller tiendas, it’s extremely popular in Mexico. Perhaps a bit harder to find in the center of PV because it does not hold a strong name recognition to the north. It is made by Grupo Modelo, which Anheuser-Busch owns 49% of the company. I am not a huge beer drinker, but I have had this particular beer on several occasions in Vallarta (Pitillal to be exact) and in GDL. Many people will argue it’s the best Mexican beer, I just recently saw a thread on the puertovallarta.net forums making such a claim.
