Today, Puerto Vallarta will experience a mix of cloudiness and sunshine. During the day, there is a 25% chance of precipitation with 97% cloudiness, gradually decreasing to 79% cloudiness overnight. Although the likelihood of rain is minimal, isolated light showers, similar to those recorded yesterday, are still possible.

Banderas Bay and Surrounding Areas

The Bahía de Banderas region began the day with partly cloudy skies, influenced by storms offshore near Cabo Corriente and the Marías Islands. These storms are slowly moving away from the coast, resulting in partly cloudy conditions in the morning. The skies are expected to clear partially by midday, becoming mostly sunny in the afternoon.

Rainfall Measurements

Despite the decreasing possibility of rain, it is important to note the recent rainfall measurements in the region. At the Bahía de Banderas Technological Institute, 7.8 liters per square meter were recorded. In Boca de Tomatlán, rainfall reached 24.6 liters per square meter, while El Tuito experienced even heavier rainfall, exceeding 30 liters per square meter.
