The PVDN App is a newsreader, which means, as the name suggests, it can only be used to read news articles on the go. You cannot manage your account from inside the app.
To manage your subscription, sign up for news emails, and renew your subscription, you must visit vallartadaily.com in your computer’s web browser.
Subscriptions guarantee unlimited access to all content on vallartadaily.com via a supported web browser. However, we do not guarantee our newsreader app will be compatible with all devices. This is why we do not accept subscription payments or account management from the app; it is not part of a subscriber’s guaranteed service.
If you would like to receive morning emails with news that matches your interests, you will need to set up your Follows. This also controls what appears in your PVDN news feed on the website.

PVDN is extremely small; we do not have a support team, and every request for help from subscribers takes us away from creating content for subscribers, which is what you pay for. We will help any subscriber quickly, but we also offer a quick help page with the most common requests we receive and how to solve them without stopping us from publishing news. Please visit the Help Page if you need assistance. You will also find the help page on the website’s main menu; it is super easy to access. If the page does not address your problem, feel free to submit a help ticket. You will find a link to submit a help ticket at the bottom of the help page. We answer quickly between 6 AM and 6 PM local PV time.
All subscribers are required to indicate they have read, understand, and accept the terms of creating a subscription on PVDN before entering payment details. We know most people click that they have read the terms, but in fact, they did not. But you are on this page, which means you entered into a legal contract with PVDN. The contract you entered into is legally binding; whether you read the agreement or not, you indicated that you did. Luckily, if you did not read the contract before accepting, there are no tricks; our contracts are standard for subscriptions across the internet, but you should know the contract in case a problem arises.
