Bolsa México cierra su peor semana desde agosto

La bolsa de México completó el viernes cinco sesiones consecutivas de pérdidas y cerró su peor semana desde agosto, tras datos económicos que sembraron dudas sobre el futuro de la política monetaria en Estados Unidos, el principal destino de las exportaciones locales.

Por el contrario, la moneda y los bonos locales terminaron con ganancias apoyados en la menor probabilidad de un aumento de las tasas de interés de la Reserva Federal en diciembre.

* El índice IPC de la bolsa, que agrupa a las 35 acciones más negociadas, perdió un 1.14 por ciento para cerrar en 43,617.73 puntos, con un volumen operado de 230.2 millones de títulos.

* La pérdida semanal acumulada del 3.6 por ciento fue la mayor desde la semana que terminó el 21 de agosto.

* El IPC rompió sus promedios móviles de 100 y 50 días, que habían actuado como soportes técnicos desde inicios de octubre.

* Encabezaron el descenso los títulos del gigante de telecomunicaciones América Móvil, con un 2.55 por ciento menos a 13.40 pesos, y los de la cementera Cemex , que perdieron un 5.36 por ciento a 9.35 pesos.

* La moneda cerró en 16.6875 por dólar, con un avance del 0.31 por ciento o 5.15 centavos, frente a los 16.739 pesos del precio referencial de Reuters del jueves. En la semana acumuló un alza del 0.8 por ciento.

* En el mercado de deuda, el rendimiento del bono de referencia a 10 años, uno de los más líquidos, bajó cinco puntos base a 6.11 por ciento, mientras que el de 30 años cedía cuatro puntos a 6.88 por ciento. (Reporte de Jean Luis Arce)
