A man, still unidentified, was found lifeless and burned inside a pick-up truck in the Loma Bonita neighborhood in Puerto Vallarta.
The finding was recorded shortly before 07:00 this Friday after local residents reported to 911 that a truck was on fire, when the authorities the corpse was discovered in the burned vehicle.
The car was a white Ford Ranger truck with metal racks and Jalisco license plate JU52517, which was on a dirt road.
When checking inside the cabin, on the passenger side, the charred body of a man, apparently middle-aged, whose identity is still unknown, was found.
Elements of the fire brigade came to put out the fire, while the personnel of the Jalisco Prosecutor’s Office began to carry out an investigation since it is still unknown what caused the fire and if the body was lifeless before the fire, or the man died as a result of the incident.
