Puerto Vallarta Fireworks Festival Official Schedule

As the International Fireworks Festival sets to blast off in Puerto Vallarta, the final schedule of events has been released.

The festival begins December 25 (originally scheduled to begin December 20, please adjust your schedules) and continues through new year’s eve and is accompanied by several well-known bands, performers and dancers, making the event centered around music, culture and fireworks.

Each night during the festival the skies over Vallarta will be lit by firework displays at 9:30 PM by five participating countries; Mexico, US, Italy, Spain, and Canada. The nightly displays will continue for 20 minutes and welcome in the nightly headliner concert at 10:00 PM at municipal stadium.

Fireworks will be launched from Municipal Stadium, the Los Muertos Pier, and Peninsula, with musical and theatrical performances located at Teatro, Municipal Stadium, and Hidalgo Park. The location of the main events and fireworks makes the Puerto Vallarta Malecón the most central location to enjoy all the festivities.

On New Year’s Eve, Sonora Dinamita will be performing at 10 PM while ringing in the New Year in Puerto Vallarta with the final fireworks display at midnight.
