1,700 Active HIV/AIDS Cases Registered in Puerto Vallarta, Reports SSJ

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico — In recognition of World AIDS Day, the Jalisco State Health Secretariat (SSJ) has reported approximately 1,700 active cases of HIV/AIDS in Puerto Vallarta. This figure was announced by Dr. Jaime Álvarez Zayas, director of the VIII Sanitary Region of the SSJ, highlighting the ongoing efforts to combat the disease in the region.
