Business Closed in Puerto Vallarta for Violating Trash Schedule

PUERTO VALLARTA, Jalisco — A convenience store located in the city’s popular tourist zone was closed on March 9 for repeated violations of the municipal garbage collection schedule. The Directorate of Inspection, Surveillance and Civil Liability took action against Cadena Comercial OXXO SA de CV, situated at 2044 Francisco Medina Ascencio Boulevard in the Diaz Ordaz neighborhood, citing improper disposal of solid waste on public roads.
