The 15 municipalities that could experience the direct impact of Hurricane Lidia include, but are not limited to, Puerto Vallarta, Cabo Corrientes, Mascota, Villa Purificación, La Huerta, Cihuatlán, Tomatlán, Autlán de Navarro, San Sebastián del Oeste, and El Grullo. To prepare for the hurricane's landfall, the State Civil Protection Unit of Jalisco has preemptively established shelters in the municipalities of Puerto Vallarta and Cabo Corrientes.
