In 2023, the airport handled a record-breaking 63.5 million passengers, an 11.9% increase compared to 2022 and a 30% surge compared to pre-pandemic levels in 2019. This rise in visitors can be attributed to increased connectivity, with the addition of 81 new routes, including 24 international destinations, as reported by Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico (GAP).
