Red Flags on Puerto Vallarta Beaches Continue Due to Strong Waves

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – During this year’s Christmas holiday season, Puerto Vallarta’s beaches have experienced adverse sea conditions marked by strong winds and high waves. Starting on December 24, authorities raised red flags in several coastal areas, including Palmares and Conchas Chinas in the south, Los Muertos in the central zone, and the northern hotel zone and Marina. In other areas, a yellow flag has been placed, signaling caution for those entering the water. These measures remain in effect as local officials monitor ocean activity.
