James Wilson

A threat of legal action by James that was never done, it was an attempt to scare and extort his victims. This came seven months after the hosting company, Host Dime, had already provided James Wilson with evidence that he never owned 360 Asheville or had any business dealing with Host Dime.

I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney general in regards to the Host Dime issue and I will also be filing a complaint with the appropriate attorney general’s office in regards to Go Daddy as well.

You may notify Chad if you wish. Mr. Lagone has had over a year to settle with me an refuses so I will now begin the process of taking criminal legal action against him and all involved if possible which is not what am I wanted but I am being given no choice in recovering my loses. If necessary I will come home in September or October and arrange a time to sit down with federal and state prosecutors and provide them with the documentation I have here as well as well as the documentation I have in the United States. Have a great day.

Sincerely,
Jim (James) Wilson

The state of Florida never received any such report from James Wilson and seven years later, the business James tried to steal from a NYC Freelance Web Designer is still owned by her and successful.
