Riviera Nayarit Oyster Festival 2015 Celebrates 15 Years

If you love the local flavors and fresh seafood, then the Riviera Nayarit Oyster Festival might be the event of the year.

During the festival, thousands of shelled oysters, ceviche, and fried fish will be cooked up and free for the eating at the festival, just as it has the previous 14 years.

Each year the festival not only welcomes the freshest oysters, but also filled with plenty of music, art, and sun on the beach.

The most anticipated event with the oyster divers is the ‘Largest Oyster Catch’ contest each year.  The festival is to honor of the divers . . .
