Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco – In a significant boost to tourism and economic development in Jalisco, Governor Pablo Lemus Navarro is set to announce the construction of two new five-star hotels in the state next week. The projects, finalized recently in Madrid, will be located in the sought-after destinations of Costalegre and Puerto Vallarta.
The governor revealed the news during a press briefing, though he withheld specific details about the investors or the exact locations. Lemus Navarro confirmed that he will visit the regions next week to make the official announcement. “We are going to Costalegre in the morning and in the afternoon to Puerto Vallarta to announce two major hotel investments that have just been closed in Madrid,” he stated.
The first hotel will be situated in Costalegre, a pristine coastal region known for its luxury resorts and natural beauty. The second will be located in Puerto Vallarta, near the area formerly occupied by the iconic Crystal Hotel. “The one in Puerto Vallarta will be very close, let’s say, in the area of what was known as the Crystal hotel. There will be a hotel there in that area,” the governor added.
These developments are expected to significantly enhance Jalisco’s tourism infrastructure, attracting high-end travelers and generating employment opportunities in the region. The announcement underscores the state’s commitment to positioning itself as a leading destination for luxury tourism in Mexico.
Governor Lemus Navarro’s visit next week will mark a pivotal moment for Jalisco’s tourism sector, with further details about the projects anticipated to be unveiled during the official announcement.
