Puerto Vallarta, Mexico – Meta AI, the advanced artificial intelligence assistant developed by Meta (formerly Facebook), has officially launched in Mexico, marking a significant milestone in the proliferation of AI technologies globally. This rollout ensures that users in Mexico can benefit from the advanced capabilities of Meta AI in Spanish, making it a versatile tool for a diverse population.

“Starting today, people in our country will be able to access this Artificial Intelligence assistant for free through the applications they use every day: Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, and also on the meta.ai website,” stated Meta in a press release.

Llama 3.1: The Backbone of Meta AI

Meta AI is powered by Llama 3.1, Meta’s most advanced large-scale language model to date. This model enhances the AI’s creativity, intelligence, and accessibility, positioning it as one of the most capable open models in the industry.
