First, we recommend checking your SPAM folder. 99% of people who contact us about not receiving an email will find it in their SPAM.

If you still cannot find your password, you can visit https://www.vallartadaily.com/login/ and at the bottom of the login form, you will see a link for ‘Forgot Password’, click that to begin the process of resetting your password. You will be sent an email, again CHECK YOUR SPAM BOX.

Lastly, if you signed up for PVDN with a business email address (ie @YourWebsiteURL), you probably will never receive emails from us, including our newsletter, because website-based email addresses have tight restrictions that most people don’t know how to adjust in their website control panel. You need to change your email address to one that does not go through a web hosting company. We recommend Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, and outlook.com. We cannot offer tech support. We can only guarantee we are sending you the newsletters and login details, how your web server handles those emails will need to be addressed with your email provider.
